Double-bearing protection with dust seal to protect the motor for long operating life and low maintenance

Echidna rocksaw motors are protected from axial loads by a robust hub.

It contains double bearing protection, and a seal that prevents any dirt entering the bearing space.

The seal arrangement even allows you to use the saw fully submerged in water*.

The hub also features a replaceable centre spigot, to utilise blades with different centre bore holes.

Echidna has also developed the through-hub system that is incorporated into the bearing hub.

* saw drive needs to be modified for submersion in deep water
